Automatic veneer grading and stacking systems. The veneer is transported through a grading camera and moisture detector allowing automatic grading according to quality criteria or moisture level. The grading rules can be inserted according to customer\u2019s criteria allowing full flexibility and infinite parameters combination. The moisture detector can be interconnected to the dryer temperature and operation condition information allowing speed control and operation
\nin full automatic mode.
\nGraded veneer is stacked by a vacuum stacker with number of stacking positions according to customer requirements. The veneer bundle discharge is automatically made by a transfer carriage and delivered to a conveyor with single point pick-up position or directly to a side conveyor. Automatic pallet feeding system can be provided as an option.<\/p>\n
